Payments and transactions

muliajitu does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. You pay no fee when you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Likewise, you pay no fee when you withdraw to any of these payment methods. However, your own payment provider or destination bank may impose their own fees; these are beyond muliajitu's control. We recommend checking your payment provider's terms before depositing or withdrawing. All fees charged by your bank or e-wallet operator are the responsibility of that provider, not muliajitu.

Once you submit a withdrawal request on muliajitu, we review and process it during business hours. Standard processing time is one to two business days from the moment we receive your request. During public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, processing may take longer. After muliajitu approves your withdrawal, the funds transfer to your chosen payment method—mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment.
